Cardio Kickboxing provides a dynamic total body aerobic workout which incorporates a variety of punches, kicks, and other standard karate techniques to high intensity music. Strengthening your cardiovascular system as well as toning and strengthening your muscles. Our classes are also anaerobic through resistance training by doing all techniques on freestanding heavy bags. Cardio Kickboxing, along with proper nutrition, and diet helps you loose inches, gain muscle tone, build strength and endurance, all while having fun.
